The "Amche Mollem" movement is a citizen-led campaign in Goa, focused on protecting Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary and Mollem National Park from the environmental damage caused by three infrastructure projects: a railway line expansion, a highway expansion, and a power transmission line.
The movement spreads its message through public art installations, legal challenges, and community engagement, to raise awareness and push for the preservation of the area's biodiversity.

The illustrated timelines for the Amche Mollem Movement are on display as part of ‘A Moving Line: 1500 Years of Indian Visual Storytelling ’, curated by Amruta Patil with the International Museum of Comics (Angouleme, France) in association with the Museum of Art and Photography, Bengaluru.
The exhibition showcases over 250 artists and is a treasure trove of the personal and the political and everything above, below and in between—all told through visual stories over the last fifteen centuries. The exhibition runs until November 2026 before travelling to Angoulême in 2027.
