For eight years now, we’ve shaped the visual identity of the Natya Kala Conference in the heart of Chennai every Margazhi season, in collaboration with Krishna Gana Sabha, the festival curators, Aalaap and annual convenors Dr Srinidhi Chidambaram - Sthithi Gati (2016), Sringaram (2017), and Aneka (2018); Rama Vaidyanathan - Nirikshana (2019), Roots (2022), and TranscenDance (2023); and most recently Nirupama & Rajendra with Abhijata (2024) and Navonmesha (2025).
A five-day event, the conference has been a marquee offering of Krishna Gana Sabha since 1981, bringing together artists, scholars, writers, academics, critics, and lovers of the arts—particularly dance—for immersive lectures and presentations.
We visualise and design in collaboration with Aalaap, the entire on-ground and online collaterals to build, both a cohesive and consistent campaign momentum over three months until the finale event that takes place in December.
