We were commissioned to visualise and design a coffee table book for Asan Memorial Association celebrating 60 years as a testament to their legacy of institutions. The book was a dedication to all their visionaries, founders, members, teachers, support staff and students of the Asan Memorial Association and Asan group of institutions across the state of Tamil Nadu.
The book’s design draws from core geometric symbolism to reflect the essence of education. Circles represent the continuous pursuit of knowledge and lifelong learning.
Triangles symbolise the foundational principles of tradition and growth.
Squares stand for structure, stability, and academic excellence.

Together, these shapes convey the Association’s dedication to fostering wisdom, preserving tradition, and achieving educational greatness. Inspired by the Bauhaus principles, the geometric shapes evoke building blocks that children engage with at the start of their educational journey, symbolizing foundational learning.

We further used elementary colours to further strengthen the idea of foundation.
One of the highlights of the visualisation process was to sieve and sort through decades of photographs that served as a rich repository to build the Association's memory timeline which boasted of eminent scholars, bureaucrats, visionary and thought leaders, politicians, student activities and a flourishing teaching staff and alum.
